Camera Permission: The Winage app uses the device camera solely to allow users to capture and upload required documents and profile photos during onboarding. The camera is accessed only when the user initiates document or photo upload, and it is not used in the background or without user consent.   

Location Information (Mobile Application Use)
The Winage mobile application may collect location data from caregivers only when specific service-related actions are performed within the app, such as marking arrival at a client’s location or updating service status.
Location access is event-based and is triggered only when the caregiver actively performs a relevant action inside the application. The app does not continuously track location and does not collect location data when no service-related action is being performed.
Location data is used solely to support essential service coordination between caregivers and clients and is not used for advertising, marketing, analytics, or resale.

Change of Privacy Policy

​GRANDAGE SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the full right to
change/alter/amend/modify the contents of the privacy policy from time to time without
any prior notice or intimation.
