Location Information (Mobile Application Use) 

The Winage mobile application may collect precise location data from caregivers only during an active caregiving assignment in order to enable essential service delivery features such as:

  • Detecting arrival at the client’s location
  • Coordinating live service status between the caregiver and the client

Location data may be collected while the app is running in the foreground or background only during an active assignment, such as when the caregiver locks the phone or switches between applications.

  Location tracking is automatically stopped when the caregiving assignment ends and is never performed when no active assignment exists.

Location data is not used for advertising, marketing, analytics, or resale, and is only processed to support the core functionality of the Winage caregiving service.

Change of Privacy Policy

​GRANDAGE SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the full right to
change/alter/amend/modify the contents of the privacy policy from time to time without
any prior notice or intimation.
